Welcome

to the San Diego County Firefighters Pipes and Drums web site. The band started in November of 2002 and is primarily made up of active duty and retired firefighters from the San Diego County area. The San Diego County Firefighters Pipes and Drums exist to support members of the local fire service, emergency medical services, law enforcement, and military communities. We regularly perform at academy graduations, celebrations, charity events, memorials, funerals and other events supporting public safety.

  3. Bullet UNITY  To come together as firefighters from different agencies as one, to support the fire service community, the fire service family, and each other.

  4. Bullet TRADITION  To exemplify and represent the history & traditions of the pipes and drums in the fire service, bring dignity and pride to events and to keep alive and pass on these traditions through our participation in the communities in which we serve.

  5. Bullet BROTHERHOOD  To support our brothers and sisters through our efforts together, showing our pride and commitment to the members of our vocation and those we continue to serve.

  6. Bullet In 2009  The San Diego County Firefighters Pipes and Drums performed at over 35 events and looks forward to another active year supporting the public service community in San Diego County.
